▪ Offering for 7/3/16: $3,535 (regular); $250 (HACAP), $10 (kitchen remodel pledge)  -- Just a reminder that we’d like to receive all kitchen remodel pledges by August 2016.  Thank you!

▪ The Annual Blueprint balance at the end of June was
$-3623.24.  We’ll need your substantial giving to bring it into the black and pay our obligations for this fiscal year which ends on August 31, 2016.  Thanks for your continued generosity to Washington Mennonite!  If you have questions, talk to Mary Lou Farmer.

▪ WMC will be hosting Saturday Kitchen on July 16th at the United Presbyterian Church.  You will find signup sheets to donate food items and also a signup sheet for workers in the foyer.  Sign up for the job and time you are available to help.  We always have fun working together as we provide the
noon meal for our guests as they gather around tables and enjoy good food and the fellowship of others.

▪ Birthday Breakfast Club:  If you celebrate your birthday in June, July, or August mark your calendars and join Amanda for breakfast and fellowship on August 20th at 9:00am.

▪ Friends of Pastor Max has a limited supply of Villatoro Family Blend Coffee for sale in the Fellowship Hall.  Proceeds from the coffee sales go directly to the Villatoro family fund.  $15/bag can be paid in cash or check made to Central Plains Mennonite Conference, earmarked “coffee.”  Thanks for your continued support of the Villatoro family.  Anthony, Edna, Angela nad Aileen are currently visiting Max in Ensenada Mexico.  Gloria was unable to get permission from immigration officials to join them on this trip.  Please continue to pray that their family can be reunited soon.

▪ Join Centro Cristiano on July 17 for a fundraiser for Karen Cardenas, an IMS student from Centro Cristiano, for lunch in the fellowship hall. Together with folks from Lower Deer Creek, Sugar Creek, East Union and West Union Churches we’ll eat chicken fajitas with sides.  Yum!  A free will offering will be taken.  Please sign up in the foyer today if you plan to attend.  Martha Hernandez would like to plan ahead how much food to buy and prepare.
▪ There are still many ways to help out with our summer worship series.  Be a children’s story and playtime supervisor, bring treats for fellowship time after church, sign up to bring lunch to the Baptism class.  Signup sheets are in the foyer by the mailboxes.
