Our Church

▪ Offering for 1/3/16: $2,279 (regular)

▪ Noon Potluck, Program Following – TODAY:  Join us for a potluck and stay to share memories of Washington Mennonite throughout the years!  Whether this has been your church for many years or just a few, the history of this church is our shared history when we worship and work together.  Come prepared to tell tales and to hear the stories of Washington Mennonite.

▪ Washington Mennonite Church is presenting the worship service at Halcyon House this afternoon at 2:30 pm.  Please plan to attend and help sing some hymns.

▪ Start picking up food/cards/items to send to our college students!  We will pack boxes for them on Jan 31st during the Fingerfoods and Fellowship evening.

▪ Start collecting items for MCC hygiene kits now!  There are papers at the back of the sanctuary listing needed items.  Bring all kit items to the Fingerfoods and Fellowship evening on Jan 31st.

▪ February 6, 9:00am - Birthday Breakfast Club, January and February birthdays: If you celebrate your birthday in January or February, join Amanda at the church for breakfast and fellowship.

At the September 2015 church business meeting, the group asked to be kept aware of the church financial situation on a monthly basis.  Due to strong giving in December, we ended the month with the Annual Blueprint with a positive balance of $712.28.  Thank you!  We appreciate your continued strong support during the upcoming “lean” winter months.  If you have questions, please see Mary Lou Farmer, Treasurer.
