Dinner Theatre Choir Reunion Rehearsal – Wednesday, April 17 at 6:00 p.m. Meet in the church sanctuary for a short review-rehearsal.  We will be reviewing "In Remem-brance" to sing for the Maundy Thursday service and "He is Alive" for Easter Sunday morning.  We will use music rather than trying to sing from memory.  We will also run through "He is Alive" on Easter morning at 9:37 a.m.   Yes, you read that correctly.

Maundy Thursday Service - Thursday, April 18, 6 P.M. in the Fellowship Hall.  There will be a service and light meal.  There will be sign-up sheets in the foyer.

Attention quilters and knotters: Join us at 10 a.m. on Wed., April 17 at church for a time of fellowship, food and work around the quilt/comforter. We’ll have a salad luncheon so bring your favorite! See you there!

Greeters Needed!!  There's a great opportunity to serve the Lord. Sign up to be a greeter on Sunday mornings.  It's also a wonderful opportunity to see everyone as they come to worship.  There is a sign-up sheet in the foyer starting with this Sunday!  Thank you  -Sandy Buhrow  (Greeter Coordinator)

Central Plains Conference

Do you have a story to tell? Is there a time in your life when you faced conflict and found the Spirit opening a door to respond in a love-filled way? Have you witnessed someone else acting in peace and love filled ways? Central Plains Peace and Justice Task Group is collecting stories of peacemakers. Peacemaking stories can include interactions across cultural barriers, responses to strangers, stories of undoing racism and sexism, stories of non-violence, stories of creation care. Email your stories to The Peace and Justice Task Group via Jane Yoder-Short at wilmajane17@gmail. Please send them by May 1.

Central Plains Mennonite Conference Prayer Request:   Pray for Central Plains congregations that are in the midst of pastoral searches. Pray for search committees and for candidates looking for churches, that God may guide the search process according to God's will.

Mennonite Agencies

Mennonite Mission Network Prayer Request:  Mary Beyler has spent most of her adult life serving in Japan with Mennonite Mission Network. Though she is bringing closure to her ministry there, new doors are still opening for her to point people toward Jesus. Pray God’s blessing on Mary as she says her good-byes in the six months that remain before her retirement.

MC USA Prayer Request: Find special Holy Week worship activities to hold with your families in the Lent At Home resources: mennoniteusa.org/lent2019.
