Iowa Mennonite School

Children’sDramas/Activities TODAY starting at 2:30PM this afternoon, the IMS FFA will have Children's Activities prior to the performance at 3:00PM in Celebration Hall. The plays include Jack and the Three Sillies, The Boy Who Cried Wolf, and The Pretender Hen. Afterwards a Meet the Cast Event where Grades 6-10 prospective students and their families are invited to a meet the cast event and enjoy refreshments following the performances. This is an entertaining, free event open everyone young at heart!

Young people between 15 and 20: Are you interested in what is going on in the church beyond your congregation?  Did you know that youth are invited to participate in Central Plains Annual Meeting delegate sessions? Consider coming to Sioux Falls June 15-18 to participate in the worship, business and workshops. Ask your pastor or council chair about this opportunity.

That’s why Everence is offering Medicare Mondays, a series of seminars designed to help people make informed decisions about both federal programs. The seminars are scheduled for 10 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. May 15, July 10 and Nov. 13 at Kalona Public Library. Midweek Meetings with Jeff Polen - Jeff Polen will be leading worship and speaking at Lower Deer Creek Mennonite Church at 7pm on Wednesday May 10th and Thursday May 11th.  All ages are welcome both nights with area youth groups specifically invited for the Wednesday night service.
