The Sower Prayer Request: Pray for
Youth Ministry Council, a gathering of MCUSA youth sponsors and pastors for

for a way to contribute to the relief and development work of MCC? Support our Iowa MCC
Sale this May 30 and 31. Garden produce
is needed for the sale. You may bring it
washed or unwashed. Rhubarb sells well! Cakes, especially angel food cakes, are
needed for the cake

Opportunity
to contribute to MCC: It’s
time to roll out the grill and dust off the pots and pans and plan a meal for
your guests as you sell a meal at the MCC Sale either in your home or cater a
meal to a designated location. We are in
need of persons to host these events. If

Mennonite Agencies
MCC would like to invite you to a Learning Tour to Haiti, November 8-17,
2014. This 10 day tour will give you a first-hand
look at the social-economical issues Haiti continues to face. The estimate cost for this learning tour is
$700 per person, which includes food, lodging, and in-country
transportation. Airfare needs to be
purchased separately. Space is very

Yamanaka of MMN are co-pastors at Asahikawa Gospel Church in Japan. Their four children, Taira (7), Yoshiki (5),
Mirai (4) and Kiera (1), provide natural opportunities to reach out to their
community. Pray that the good news of
Jesus’ love will continue to flow through the Yamanaka family.

base camp this summer. Work will include
things like introducing campers to Wilderness Wind, general grounds-keeping,
