From
Death to New Life – Easter Sunday
On Easter Sunday, we witness, with the women and with the
disciples, the shocking emptiness of the tomb.
But we are not merely witnesses to and believers in the resurrected life
of Christ, we are participants in it.
With living ink, God writes into the stories of our lives the very
cycles of life; birth and life and death and, shockingly, exultantly,
abundantly, new life again. This Easter
Sunday, we are invited to be raised out of death to new lives of freedom and
hope and fullness with Chirst.
