Our thanks to Michael Swartzendruber for preaching at Washington Mennonite this fall.  May God continue to bless you and Laurel as you begin your ministries together.

The kitchen remodel project is almost finished and bills are coming in.  Pledges toward the project aren’t officially due until next summer.  However, if you can give any or all of your pledge now, it would help with cash flow for the church.  Thank you for your consideration.  If you have questions, see Mary Lou Farmer, Treasurer or Mike Bates, Council Chair.

Washington Mennonite will be serving the Saturday Kitchen noon meal at the United Presbyterian Church on Saturday, December 5th.  Signup sheets are in the foyer for kitchen help, servers and food items needed on Saturday December 25th.  All food items need to be at the Presbyterian Church before 10:00am.  Numbers of persons served the noon meal at Saturday Kitchen continues to run high and has consistently been 100 persons or more.  Sign up to help us.  We have a good time as we work together on this project.  If you have questions contact Phyllis Litwiller or Gloria Widmer.
