All:  O God, our Keeper of Faith,                                                                                                             help us to keep the faith entrusted to us:

Right:  faith in a world worth saving,

Left:  faith in a dream worth sharing,

Right:  faith in a heritage worth keeping.

All:  We believe in the Holy Scriptures,

Left:  the stories of God and God’s people,

Right:  the inspired word of God,

Left:  our fullest vision of God’s purposes for the world.

All:  God, help us to keep faith in you,

Right:  and help us not lose faith in ourselves,

Left:  for faith is the substance of our hope,

All:  and hope is the assurance of love.
