Crooked Creek Christian Camp
TODAY the climbing wall
is available during open gym in the Activity Center for anyone from 3-6pm. Anyone under 18 must have a parent sign the
release form for use of the climbing wall.

The
Sower Prayer Request: For the next two weekends, Freeman Academy
and the whole Freeman community will host Schmeckfest, a festival weekend of
exhibits, food, and a musical. Pray for
the community and for the school as they work together to host many visitors.

name of Jesus Christ with his amazing artistic performance called “Splat

Area Announcements
Kalona
MOPS will be having their annual fundraiser meal on Sunday, March 15th
at noon at Kalona Mennonite Church. The
meal includes turkey, potatoes, green beans, fluff, salad and dessert.
The
Spring meeting of the Crowded Closet Association
will be held Monday, March 16th,
7pm at First Mennonite Church, Iowa City.
ALL volunteers and interested persons are invited to attend and learn of
the latest happenings at the Closet.
Team
Haiti at Bethel church will host a Taco Dinner
in the fellowship hall, on Sunday, MARCH
29th at 12pm. A free will
donation will be taken.
International
Student Aid Fund Soup Fundraiser Meal on Sunday, March 29th
at noon at Kalona Mennonite Church to benefit our current project, Rudi Mucaj,
who will be attending Goshen College.

This
is an open invitation for people of all ages to sing in the Celebration
Community Choir! Our
upcoming concert is at 7pm on Saturday, May
9th in IMS’s Celebration Hall.
The choir will be engaging a variety of music including selections
directly influenced by the cultures and backgrounds of those who choose to sing
in it. Kalona Mennonite Church will host
rehearsals on Saturdays March 28, April
4, 11, 18, 25, and May 2 at 7pm. Please

The
United Presbyterian Home is sponsoring Rev. Dr. Georgine Buckwalter,
a retired spiritual care provider in an adult residential care facility and
adjunct professor at Louisville Theological Seminary in Kentucky and specialist
in spirituality and aging, to speak
about how best to care for folks dealing with dementia and Alzheimer’s disease
on Wednesday, April 15, from 11:30am
– 1:30pm at the United Presbyterian Church in Washington. Please RSVP by April 10th by
